Automated milling refers to the integration of our control software with motorized rollers, pneumatic conveyors, and optical sorters. It does not imply a fully unmanned plant. Operators still supervise intake, adjust settings during grade changes, and handle maintenance. Automation reduces manual intervention in repetitive steps, not the need for skilled staff.
Throughput values are stated in tonnes of paddy per hour under standard test conditions: paddy moisture at 14 percent, ambient temperature around 30 degrees Celsius, and a consistent feed rate. Actual output depends on paddy variety, pre-cleaning quality, and the number of passes you run. We provide a site-specific assessment before quoting any capacity number.
Our quality control software tracks moisture, whiteness, broken grain ratio, and foreign matter at defined checkpoints along the line.
