These terms govern the use of our automated milling machinery, quality control software, and related technical documentation. By deploying our systems, you agree to the conditions described below.
Oryziks supplies industrial rice milling equipment, including automated conveyors, optical sorters, and process control software. Our services cover installation support, operator training, and remote diagnostics for the systems we deliver. We do not provide general consulting for milling operations outside the scope of our supplied machinery.
The client is responsible for assigning trained personnel to operate the machinery and for maintaining a clean, safe environment around the equipment. Regular calibration of sensors and adherence to the maintenance schedule in the manual are required to keep the system within specified performance tolerances.
Our quality control software is licensed per milling line, not per user. The license includes firmware updates for the first twelve months after commissioning. After that period, update coverage can be renewed annually. Reverse engineering or modifying the software without written consent is prohibited.
Oryziks is not liable for production losses caused by incorrect machine settings, unapproved modifications, or failure to follow the documented operating procedures. Our total liability for any claim related to a delivered system is limited to the purchase price of that specific unit. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.
If a client breaches the terms of this agreement, particularly regarding software licensing or safety protocols, Oryziks may suspend remote support and software access after written notice. The client can terminate the agreement by discontinuing use of the equipment and software and returning any proprietary components.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our product line or regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the equipment or software after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
